A week late for our traditional New Years Day hike, Sarah, Elica & I hiked Hill 88 on this blustery, chilly (by west coast standards), foggy winter’s day.

Yup, I made it up there last year — it’s such a strenuous hike in places that I don’t think I’ll try it again, but it felt good to accomplish the long and steep hike…
I wouldn’t say it’s a long hike, but it most definitely has steep parts (the stairs and the last hundred or so yards to the top come to mind).
