What incredible colors, I bet that is a sight to behold Adam !!
Wow. I would definitely go if I were in the area. Thanks for the sneak peek!
Beautiful display of colors! Wish I could see that.
Very surreal! Nice to see you again.
I will not have the chance to get there.
Thak you for sharing this beautiful documentation.
Hallo from Germany
Hartmut
Awesome! I’m gonna go to that next weekend … thanks for the preview!
Adam-
Fantastic images. We are lucky to have a permanent collection of Chihuly glass here in Columbus. It is so interesting to see how similar the pieces are in this exhibit, yet they are displayed very differently from our botanical garden installations here in C-bus. The pitch dark backgrounds really make the glass shine, as if each piece was emitting its own light.
Tom
Bernie: Yep, quite a riot of color!
PottedFrog: Thanks, and welcome!
Montucky: Aye
Scienceguy: It was surreal. The forms are at once organic & familiar, yet distinct
Tors: Danke!
BrianR: I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
Tom: Lucky you indeed! Sarah & I were looking through the book we purchased at the exhibit, which features the pieces in their original setting and both agreed it would be even better to see them “in situ,” but we’re happy that the exhibit is here, as it isn’t going anywhere else.
These photos are incredible! Just brilliant colors and captures.
Jayleen: Thanks!
